A fairness patch. Records now genuinely work per difficulty charter, warnings about your stations arrive as messages you cannot miss, and ships and planes take a smaller bite of their market.
The record books have been split by difficulty charter for a while — but the nominations weren't. Only the single best company on the whole world was ever considered per category, so if a stronger company on another charter shared your map, your values never even reached the books. A Normal player next to a dominant Easy player could barely set a thing on a near-empty Normal book.
If a station's parts drift more than 5 tiles of empty ground apart, you get warned and eventually the stray part is removed. A player got the removal with no warning they ever saw — the warnings were being delivered, but rendered as ordinary chat from a confusing sender.
The new mute was too greedy: it also hid the hourly boards and the MATCH OVER standings. Now !hide silences record announcements and nothing else — boards, match results, warnings and replies to your own commands always show.
| Per vehicle | Was | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Cargo ship | 10 pts | 8 |
| Plane | 15 pts | 10 |
Each ship and plane now adds fewer service units to its mode's market share, so sea and air read scarcer and their bonuses hold up better as fleets grow. Ferries (5), light ships (3), helicopters (2) and the land modes are unchanged.
